If you have been in a slump for the past few weeks… this is your sign to push yourself, just a little bit. Get out of bed, take a shower, cook a nice breakfast, enjoy your coffee. Maybe even clean your sheets, throw away any trash in your room and tidy up. Today is a new day. No matter where you are at, I encourage you to forgive yourself, and begin again.
